1. Venue Only — Not a Party to Any Transaction
MyBarnBridge.com is a listing and connection platform, similar to a specialized classifieds site. We publish listings created by users. We are NOT a party to any sale, purchase, trade, lease, or transport arrangement between users. Every transaction is strictly peer-to-peer between the seller and the buyer.
MyBarnBridge.com does NOT act as an agent, broker, dealer, market agency, commission merchant, order buyer, auctioneer, packer, or intermediary in the sale of livestock. To the extent the Packers and Stockyards Act, 7 U.S.C. § 181 et seq., or any state livestock dealer, market agency, brand, or auctioneer licensing law governs persons who buy, sell, broker, or handle livestock or livestock proceeds, MyBarnBridge.com does not perform those activities and does not assume those duties.
2. No Ownership, Possession, or Handling of Proceeds
- MyBarnBridge.com never takes title, ownership, custody, possession, or control of any animal.
- MyBarnBridge.com never handles, processes, holds, escrows, collects, remits, or facilitates payment or proceeds for any livestock sale.
- All livestock payments, transport, delivery, and transfer of ownership occur directly between buyer and seller, off the Site.
- Fees paid to MyBarnBridge.com are for platform access and promotional placement only, never for the sale of an animal and never as commission or proceeds.
3. No Warranty About Any Animal or Item
MYBARNBRIDGE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE HEALTH, SOUNDNESS, DISEASE STATUS, TEMPERAMENT, FERTILITY, PREGNANCY, PEDIGREE, REGISTRATION, AGE, BREED, SEX, WEIGHT, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE, TITLE, OWNERSHIP, LEGALITY, PROVENANCE, OR CONDITION OF ANY ANIMAL OR ITEM OF EQUIPMENT LISTED ON THE SITE.
We do not inspect, examine, test, weigh, grade, appraise, verify, transport, house, or care for any animal. We do not verify the identity, honesty, solvency, licensing, or authority of any user, nor the accuracy or completeness of any listing, photo, video, or statement. Everything is offered by its seller AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
4. Site Provided As-Is
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Nothing on MyBarnBridge.com — including guides, articles, checklists, or support responses — is veterinary, legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice. Consult your own licensed veterinarian, attorney, accountant, brand inspector, or state department of agriculture before buying, selling, or moving animals.
6. Featured Listings Are Advertising Only
A Featured Listing is paid promotional placement and visibility only. It is not an endorsement, verification, vetting, certification, guarantee, or insurance of the seller, the buyer, the animal, the equipment, the description, the price, or the completion of any sale. Purchasing a Featured Listing creates no agency relationship, no duty of care regarding the underlying sale, and no guarantee of views, inquiries, offers, or a sale.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBARNBRIDGE.COM AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OPERATORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, LIVESTOCK, HERD VALUE, GENETICS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA.
We are specifically not responsible for:
- Disease transmission, contagion, contamination, quarantine, herd loss, depopulation, injury, sickness, or death of any animal.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, nonpayment, fraudulent payment, failure to deliver or to accept delivery, or breach of contract by any user.
- Title defects, liens, stolen property, brand disputes, or registration and pedigree problems.
- Personal injury or property damage caused by any animal or item of equipment.
- Transport, hauling, loading, handling, or delivery of any animal or item.
- Failure to obtain or honor CVIs, testing, permits, tags, or other legal requirements.
- User content, third-party services, payment processor failures, downtime, data loss, or security incidents.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO MYBARNBRIDGE.COM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Release and Indemnification
You release MyBarnBridge.com and its owners, operators, and affiliates from all claims arising out of any dispute with another user, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold them harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your listings, your conduct, your transactions, the health or title of any animal or item you list or acquire, or your violation of these documents or of any law.
9. Arbitration, Governing Law, and Severability
Disputes with MyBarnBridge.com are resolved by binding individual arbitration with a class action and jury trial waiver, as set out in the Terms of Service. These documents are governed by the laws of the State of [Governing State]. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified or severed and the remainder stays in effect.
